We’re here to help if something isn’t right. Request an exchange within 7 days for unused items in original packaging. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, and for damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours, we’ll prioritize a replacement or suitable refund as per policy.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn/used jewelry. Unused items in original packaging and condition may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items marked Final Sale or Custom are not eligible.
To start a return or exchange, email our support team at info@aurethe.com with your Order ID within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once approved, securely pack the item (including tags/box) and ship it back within 3 days of receiving the RMA. Use a tracked service and share the tracking number. Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.
Refunds are issued only when (a) a replacement is unavailable, (b) an order is cancelled within 12 hours of placement and before dispatch, or (c) the parcel is confirmed lost/undeliverable by the courier. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the error is ours.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, color, or style, please mention the preferred item when requesting an RMA. We process the exchange once the returned item has passed inspection and any price difference/shipping charge (if applicable) is settled. Replacement ships after approval.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, photos, and (where possible) a brief unboxing video. We will prioritize a replacement or provide another suitable remedy. In such cases, return shipping is covered by us.
Returns are not accepted for worn/used items, missing tags/packaging, altered items, earrings and other hygiene-sensitive pieces, Final Sale/Custom products, and gift cards/store credit. Late returns (outside the 7-day window) and items showing signs of wear or damage not due to our error will be rejected. For international orders, duties/taxes paid at destination are non-refundable.
