Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect our customers and ensure transparency, an unedited, continuous unboxing video is strictly mandatory for any return or claim regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items. The video must clearly show the sealed courier flyer being cut open. Please note that claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a request, please contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp at +92 371 0029289 within 24 hours of delivery. Share your Order ID, the reason for the request, and the mandatory unboxing video. Once approved, you will be required to ship the item back to our facility securely packed in its original Aurethé box.
Refund Policy
In alignment with standard e-commerce practices in Pakistan, Aurethé does not offer cash refunds for returns based on customer preference or a "change of mind." Direct cash refunds (via bank transfer) are exclusively processed only if a verified defective or incorrect item was delivered and cannot be replaced due to inventory unavailability.
7-Day Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the size or design of your jewelry, we offer a 7-day exchange window starting from the date of delivery. The item must be completely unworn, unscratched, and securely packed with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and a nominal administrative/restocking fee of Rs. 250 will apply to the new exchange order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery along with your unboxing video and clear photos. Upon verification, we will quickly arrange a free replacement for you at no additional shipping cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For strict hygiene and sanitary reasons, items such as earrings, studs, and nose rings cannot be exchanged or returned under the "change of mind" policy. Furthermore, jewelry purchased during flash sales, seasonal clearance events, or using promotional discount codes are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Return Address
Upon approval of your exchange or return request via WhatsApp, our support team will provide you with the authorized return address. (Note: Please do not ship any items back without prior approval, as unapproved returns will not be processed).
