1. Shipping Methods
We currently offer Standard Shipping across Pakistan via leading couriers. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you can view real-time status on our Track Order page by entering your Order Number. If you need to correct your address, this is possible before dispatch only—please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID so we can assist.
2. Processing and Cancellation Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it; after this window, we aim to dispatch quickly and the request may not be possible. If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, inform us within 48 hours and include your Order ID so we can resolve it promptly.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size/weight. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, the courier may apply re-delivery or return fees. Any active free-shipping promotions or thresholds will be shown on the site and at checkout.
4. Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags. For hygiene reasons, worn items and any product marked Final Sale or Custom are not eligible. Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To begin, email info@aurethe.com with your Order ID and, if applicable, photos for review.
5. International Shipping
We ship to selected countries via premium couriers. Rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times typically range from 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs. Import duties, taxes, and local handling charges are payable by the recipient at destination. You can follow progress on our website’s Track Order page using your Order Number. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed, any shipping and return costs permitted by law may be deducted from an eligible refund.
