1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. By clicking "I agree" at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Aurethé reserves the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. This includes restricting Cash on Delivery (COD) privileges for user profiles with a history of refusing deliveries or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
3. "No Open Parcel" Courier Policy (COD)
By selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout, you strictly agree to comply with our "No Open Parcel" policy as mandated by courier companies in Pakistan. Customers are not permitted to open or inspect the package before handing over the full payment to the rider.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a safe and transparent experience for both parties, an unedited, continuous unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process any claims regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video showing the sealed flyer being cut open will not be entertained.
5. Product Accuracy & Wear
We strive to display the colors, designs, and finishes of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. While our 316L stainless steel jewelry is highly durable, waterproof, and tarnish-resistant, all jewelry undergoes normal wear over time. We do not provide absolute warranties against damage caused by improper care or exposure to harsh chemicals.
6. Exchanges & Refunds
All purchases are subject to our official Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 7-day exchange window for sizing or preference issues, subject to a Rs. 250 restocking fee and return shipping costs. We strictly do not offer cash refunds for a "change of mind."
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, photography, and text featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Aurethé. They are protected under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and applicable copyright laws in Pakistan. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
